The Nobel Prize is an international award administered by the Nobel Foundation in Stockholm, Sweden. In 1968, Sveriges Riksbank established The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel, founder of the Nobel Prize. Each prize consists of a medal, personal diploma, and a cashaward.

Machines for calculating fixed numerical tasks, such as the abacus have existed since antiquity. Wilhelm Schickard built the first mechanical calculator in 1623. Sound Recorder and the media Player. These programs can be found in Accesories group of Windows 3.1 and the higher. Other products that provide addtionalmultimedia functionality to windows are the media Browser, Videdit, Vid-Cap, BitEdit, and WaveEdit. These are provided with the Vidro for windows package from microsoft Corporation. The Sound Recorder tool allows the recording of analog sound into a digital format. It can also play back any digital recording. The quality of recording and playback will depend on the quality of the sound board used in the computer. The sound quality is measured by the sampling frequenc of the wave that makes up the sound. Frequence rangs are from 11 kilohertz up to 44 kilohertz. A higher frequency produces better-quality sound. For example CD-quality sound is achieved at the sampling frequencies of 44 kilohertz. Also, the boaed will determine if the sound can be recordes in sterro or mono. To record a sound: 1. Attach a microphone to yhe sound board. 2. Locate the Sound Recorder application in the Accessories group and the Sound Recorder icon. 3. Select the picture of a microphone.
